Eligibility & Process
- Damaged or spoiled items - perishable fruits and vegetables
- Incorrect product delivered - not what was ordered
- Return window: Within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- We'll verify and process your claim promptly
Return Conditions & Timeline
- Products should be in original packaging (if applicable)
- Returns must be made within 2 days of delivery
- Approved replacements are dispatched within 2 business days
- Non-damaged, satisfactory products are not returnable due to perishable nature
- Exception: Defective or spoiled items upon arrival qualify for a replacement
